Project · Pilot stage
A WhatsApp number that runs the shop.
Customers already message the store on WhatsApp to ask about stock, hours, and prices. This turns that conversation into an assistant that can actually answer — and take the order.
of South African internet users are already on WhatsApp. Rather than build a new app and ask customers to download it, this rides the channel that's already open on their phone.
How it works
From a message to an answer, in one hop.
Customer messages the shop
A question, a booking request, or an order — sent to the shop's WhatsApp Business number, same as always.
WhatsApp Cloud API webhook
The message arrives at our server the moment it's sent, tied to that specific store.
Claude classifies intent
Is this a FAQ, a stock check, a booking, or an order? A per-industry schema decides how to read it.
The right reply goes back
An answer, an available slot, or a payment link — back in the same chat, within seconds.
